It is also not affiliated with ClearCompany, a separate HR software company with a similar name — how CLEAR Talent and ClearCompany differ. What we build
A connected system for performance and development
CLEAR Talent helps HR teams, managers, employees, and leaders turn organizational priorities into measurable goals, evidence-based conversations, fair reviews, and practical development plans. Ava, the built-in AI assistant, supports those workflows while people remain responsible for decisions.
The platform is designed for distributed organizations, with multilingual support and mobile apps for iOS and Android. Performance information stays connected across review cycles instead of being scattered across spreadsheets, forms, and disconnected tools.
For HR teams in Ireland and the rest of the EU, we set out how the platform handles GDPR requests, hosting, works-council questions and the EU AI Act on one page: performance management software for Ireland and Europe.

The founding team
CLEAR Talent was founded by the two HR and organisational development practitioners behind CLEAR Leadership Consulting. The platform turns the performance consulting practice they built with organisations — competency-based assessment, evidence-based review conversations and practical development plans — into software.
Angela Schloer
Co-founder
20 years in multinational HR and organisational development across Europe and the Philippines. An ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and EMCC Senior Practitioner coach, with a master’s in Human Resource Management from Ireland, an Executive MBA and a BSc in Psychology.
Maria Liza Fresnido
Co-founder
More than 40 years in HR and organisational development, specialising in competency and results-based systems, executive coaching and training, including roles as VP of HR in the private and government sectors.
